The construction of this $2 million state-of-the-art medical facility brought chiropractors, physical therapists, and medical doctors under one roof. The Pain Center is located east of Brookings, SD on US Highway 14. Civil Design Inc. was retained as a sub-consultant to project leads NMW Architects of Sioux City, IA.

CDI provided local support to the architect in the form of coordination with the City of Brookings and the following design services:

CDI also provided administrative collaboration and permitting with the South Dakota Department of Transportation for access to US Highway 14.
