Volga Biodiesel Plant Expansion

This project was conceived to increase production at the South Dakota Soybean Processors' soybean plant and modify its facilities to produce biodiesel. Civil Design Inc. performed design work to plan for new facilities, increase railroad capacity, and better manage drainage.

The drainage projects at this site were completed, but due to extreme fluxuations in the commodities markets, the remaining improvements are currently on hold.

Civil Design Inc. has had a strong working relationship with South Dakota Soybean Processors (SDSBP) since 2006. We have provided surveying and design work for a number of SDSBP projects including secondary tank containment systems, road design, platting, and more.
