Sunnyview Corporation

Sunnyview Corporation is a locally-owned company that developed McClemans Addition to the City of Brookings, SD. McClemans Addition consists primarily of single and multi-family housing. Improvements to the development included construction of a detention pond that was used both for aesthetics and to control storm water. McClemans Addition development was started in 2002 with ongoing development phases. Civil Design Inc. was responsible for topographic surveying; platting; design of all utilities, streets, drainage, and erosion control; construction staking; and project administration for the owners.
