Oakwood Equity Group provides comfortable home ownership by building homes that allow owners to enjoy not only an affordable house, but affordable living. Oakwood Equity Group is a certified ENERGY STAR® builder with affordable housing developments in Brookings, South Dakota. 

Civil Design Inc. assisted Oakwood Equity Group in developing Sieler Addition in Brookings, SD. Located in southern Brookings, Sieler Addition consists of 33 lots for single family housing. Oakwood Equity Group kept the costs down on each affordable home in the development by utilizing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) provided by the City of Brookings to pay for infrastructure. Groundbreaking for Sieler Addition occurred in 2008; development phases concluded in 2010.
