Civil Design Inc. uses a systematic approach when developing all plans. The systematic approach endeavors to ensure that all components of the plan are in-place and completed to governing standards. CDI believes the key to any project is communication and that is why the first step in the process is discussing options and determining the needs and wants of the client. Civil Design Inc begins collecting all necessary topographic information to produce a preliminary design. From the preliminary design, a face to face meeting is held to discuss any changes the client would prefer. Modifications and meetings are held until CDI produces a design that meets the expectations of the client.
