Civil Design Inc. specializes in general civil engineering design and land surveying. Located in Brookings, SD, which sits at the intersection of Interstate 29 and US Highway 14, we enjoy a strong regional presence. Brookings is fifteen minutes from the Minnesota border, and forty-five minutes from Interstate 90 and our state's largest city, Sioux Falls. Our firm's portfolio includes projects as varied as a multi-million dollar sports complex and industrial railroad design.
